Course Overview

This training programme is designed for personnel who are required to work at height and perform rescues from height. It covers using personal fall protection equipment, height safety equipment to do work safely and conducting a rescue from height.

This TPTI approved course is the legal mandatory minimum for anyone performing work at height and rescue offshore and onshore in the Thai oil and gas industry.

Who should attend

All personnel required to work and perform rescues at height in the offshore and onshore oil & gas industry in Thailand.

Physical and Stressful Demands

Training and/or assessment activities contained within this Standard may include physically demanding and potentially stressful elements. All personnel who participate in such activities must be physically and mentally capable of participating fully.

Prerequisites

Valid in-date offshore medical or fitness to work certificate (Valid within 12 months)
